‘YOU’ or ’USER’ or ‘AFFILIATE’ refers to any person registering with Ewalletpartners. WE’ or ‘US’ refers to Ewalletpartners.
1.1 This establishes the General Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between Ewalletpartners and any person registering with Ewalletpartners.

1.3 If after being notified of changes to the T&C you continue to use your Ewalletpartners account and Ewalletpartners Services, it will be considered that you have accepted the new T&C including any additions, removals or substitutions.
2. ACCOUNT RULES
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to open a Ewalletpartners account.
2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws and restrictions, and abide by these.
2.3 We retain the right to refuse to open an account at our own discretion.
2.4 You must provide true and complete information to us at all time; including but not limited to, your first and last name, contact information and country of residence.
2.5 We accept no liability for entries that have not been properly received for any reason.
2.6 We retain the right to confirm the identity of users of our services.
3. Ewallet accounts
3.1 All Ewallets have the right to withhold rewards and/or balances in the event they were to suspect fraud. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that he/she is completely aware of all rules and regulations that comes with using the wallet.
3.2 End of the month reports that we receive from our partners are final and we are unable to enter into any discussion with any partner on this issue. If you believe the transaction amounts you are given is inaccurate on specific customers you must consult the room first before contacting us on this subject.
3.3 By submitting account details for an ewallet you are granting us permission to view the reports from these sites for this account.
3.4 We shall not be liable for any changes in any ewallet rewards program or loyalty scheme regardless of whether the customer was adequately informed or not. It is always the customers responsibility to check the terms or the loyalty programs and rewards programs.
3.5 We reserve the right to exclude new entrants to our services, promotions, events and from the use of this website at any time, particularly if we have evidence that a customer has used incorrect details or is using more than one username or any fraudulent or illegal activities.
3.6 You as a customer agree to not promote any of the deals or Ewalletpartners services publicly in any way unless given prior written permission. Including but not limited to forums and social media.
3.7 We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and suspend payments at any time due to any infringement of the terms and conditions, suspected infringement of the terms and conditions or for any other reason.
3.8 We cannot guarantee your funds on any partnering sites.
4.1 An ewallet account is tracked once is has been updated on your Ewalletpartners account.
4.2 If for any reason our partnering sites do not pay us we will not be able to pay out bonuses or commissions.
4.3 We cannot guarantee confirmation on ewallet accounts; it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they use our links/bonus codes correctly.
4.4 Customers must not start using their account until we have confirmed the account.
5.1 All Affiliates using Ewalletpartners services and deals shall be responsible for all their sub-affiliates and players. We retain the right to charge for any negative revenues, overpayments or back payments generated through them including but not limited to fines caused by network breaches.
5.2 The affiliate is responsible for all accounting issues on all earnings from its commissions received, including but not limited to VAT.
